Blister installation on DSS

The project involved the removal of existing fenders and the installation of two new blisters, prefabricated at our workshop in Laksevåg. The installation was carried out on the rig while in dry dock at Hanøytangen. The complete scope of work, including removal and installation, was successfully completed within 16 days.

Noble Resilient

The new helideck structure was fabricated at our workshop in Laksevåg and subsequently shipped to Skagen, Denmark, where our team also performed the installation.

Drydock crack repair of high rensile steel

Johan Castberg

Sandblasting and painting of the hull on Johan Castberg in Singapore. Hull painting was done using baltoflake, baltoflake is a high-build polyester coating.

Use of MCS’s tankblasting equipment, to perform surface protection of the cargotanks on Johan Castberg. The sandblasting equipment is using a recycling system; this system makes sandblasting pollution free.

Contract was extended, so the equipment used in Singapore was used to finalize the ship in Aker Stord.
